TOKIO, July 2. A destructive -storm; accompanied by a torrential rainfall, is sweeping Japan. It has reacted Tokio, flooding the low-lying districts.
Reports from the country show a heavy death rod. * Thilvv were drowned at Miki thiough an embankment collapsing. ■Six thousand houses ai> subineig.d at Kawauelii, and two thousand in Kochi. Bridges have been carried away and the railway aid other communications arc disrupted. It is feared the damage will renew heavy figures. - •
