William Moxley, under sentence of death for the: doublet murder of Wilkinson and Miss Dorothy Denzel, condilbUd his own appeal in the Full Court to-day against the jury’s verdict, his counsel, by consent, withdrawing from the- prodae.din.gs. . ' Moxley, in an impassioned outburst, appealed to justice and asked the Court to- hear the evidence of'three doctors, Avhose evidence at the trial was not heard.
- The Court adjourned the appeal for three weeks for that purpose.
