ENGLISH STOCK PRICES. COMPARISON OF VALUES. LONDON, May 13. , At Leamington Messrs Joiiu S'tuifo arid Sons Held' their Whitsun sale on Wednesday, when a particularly heavy entry oi stock was iorvvard, before a good company of buyers. Fat outt.ie met a moderate trade with price® Slightly lower in comparison to the previous market. Medium-weight heifers made to 51s 6d per cwt., and 'bullocks to 49s 6d., with top price of £3l. \oung fat cows of best quality sold readily to 40s per cwt., while older sorts were a quiet clearance from 25s to 28s per cwt. Dairy cows were a short supply and made to £2,3 each; newly-calved heifers to £22 5s each. Store cattle were pitched in larger numbers, with best sorts meeting a fairy enquiry of £l9 5s each. Yearling cattle were in good request and easy to clear. A large supply of calves was on offer, with best sorts a fair trade. ' Veal calves made to £7 17s 6d each and promising rearers to £8 18s each.
