It was announced by the Prime Minister to-day that arrangements were now completed for th 6 sale of income tax certificates by Money 'Order Offices under provision made in the Finance Act last session, enabling income tax payers to spread their payments of income tax instead of, paying a iump sum on the due date'. ■Section 53 of the Financ 6 Act, 1932, enables lany taxpayer to make payments in advance on .account of income
