TRICK FLYING
PILOT APPEARS IN COURT. (Per Press Association — Copyright,.) GISBORNE, June 24. Simon Baring, the pilot of the aeroplane which crashed beside the golf club’s links a fortnight ago, was charged before the Magistrate, Mr Harper, to-day that, on June 11, ho “navigated P,n aircraft over ahe Gisborne golf club’s course, and did do trick flying without the written agreement with such promoters of ..such games, on such a course.” '
On (a remand being granted, -Sergeant Wade said that the charge made would be withdrawn, and two others ■substituted.
