(Received this day at 9.25 u.m)
PERTH, Jmio 21
Tho Junkers seaplane which the fl'ieiy Bertram and Klauscman abandoned, Ims been seized as salvage by ,a launch party, searching for the mi-sing airmen. The log book found in the pAme .shows the pair .landed at 7.30 on the morning of May 15:h and went aloft again at 12.25, coming down ten minutes later. The tracks of natives and children were found near the spot-and taken as an indication that aborigines assisted the men to turn die machine round. This is now regarded as a rebuttal of .The theory that they were murdered near the scene of the landing. There is still nothing, however, to indicate their fate. They had guns and wuter- was still in the radiator and shows they did not perish of thirst. The log shows.the other two occupants of the plane were dropped lit various points along the route.
