The death occured at tier residence Westport on Wednesday night of .Mrs Frank McLean, a well-known and highly respected member ol the community. Deceased had not been in the best of health lor some time, but her death from •u:ddon he .rt attack came as a great r,hock to her husband and family. .The late -Mrs McLean, who was aged 49. was a native of Hokitika, she being a member of the well-known Shadbolt familv. ‘Deceased had resided in the district for many years and a large number of friends will mourn her loss.
