FOR APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER. FOR BOROUGH OF THAMES. <By Telegraph —Per Press Association ) THAMES, June 16. Word has been received that Air Fraser and three others have made application to the Supreme Court to havu a Receiver for the Thames Borough appointed. Air Fraser is one of th© largest of til© private holders of Thames debentures, and is a resident of Melbourne. Recently Air Fraser made a special visit to Thames to investigate the position. Th© Borough holds a special meeting of its, Finance Committee this evening to decide on its course of action.
