PUBLIC SERVICE V. THE REST.
On Saturday next it has been decided to play the teams match, Public, Service v. the Rest, for the "Scroll 1 of Merit." This match was set out for the following Saturday, but owing to ;th-e 'counter-attraction of the interschool and Dittman Shield football matches it was found impossible to gather full representative sides. Th p following are the individual games, public service mentioned first. The match will be decided on the aggregate number of holes won by each side. Every game must be played out; Chesney v. Adamson, Steele v. Wallis, Neville v. O’Doherty, - Cox v. Finerty, Darby v. Wil on, Cagney v. Wyles, Irwin v. Baker. Brown v. Kortegast, Menzies v. McMillan, Gilp’n v. Cooke, Hazeldine v. Mandl, Hart v. Caiiari, Warren v. Robi'liard. Morrison v. Tom. linson, Mclntyre v. Mclntosh. Dougherty
