In a heavy weight professional con-, test, Billy Sullivan (Hastings) 12st 21b, s : beat Jack Cossill (Palmerston No- tb) 12st on a. technical knock-out in the twelfth of a fifteen round bout. Sullivan’s greater experience, with a tremendously powerful right, won. Cossill was very fast on his feet and put up a gain© fight.
