An Irishman, ’Stanley Woods, riding a Norton, won the Junior . Tour'st Trophy race in 205 minutes twenty-flvo seconds, a record, covering seven circuits totalling 264 miles at an aveiage of 77.16 miles per hour. W, Handley, riding a Budge was second with an average speed of 76.36. I,well Smith, on a Budge, with 74.02 was third, blhirty-two -started. __
