LONDON, May 26. An interesting feature of the Dental Congress is an electrical chisel elevator used in extracting impacted teetli. It iij extremely efficient, reminding the layman of a. miniature pneumatic road drill. The demonstrator, Mr J. W. Doherty was the centre of such interest that he was compelled to work behind a barrier. Other fascinating novelties included an appliance used tor difficultinlay impressions and also porcelain jacket crowns and methods of reinfoicing porcelain enamel fillingsThe chairman of the congress, Mr George Northcroft, stresses the imporance of Australia being represented at the congress at Toronto in August, which dentally will be tantamount to the Ottawa Imperial Congress.
