Residents in Auckland who receii e pensions; paid by the Imperial Government had a windfall hy the receipt in a 1 Dilip, sum of the. amount represent-ing-the difference in exchange, London on . New Zealand, which had accumulated'over the last two years. ( Pensions payable in New Zealand on behalf of-tlie Imperial Government are now :to obtain the benefit of the exchange rate and the amount will he payable half-yearly The provision was-Retrospective.
