LONDON, May 21
Sir Francis Lauernce John Harrow; Britain’s “missing baronet,” who had not been heard irom by friends or relations tfor 18 years, bobbed up and a veered he never had been missing, He reappeared at the Registry Office to arrange for bis marriage to Edith Townsend, 52, of London. The baromt is 69.
A British radio appeal was broadcasted that Sir Francis should come home in Januaey last year, when his eldest son and heir to his title was critically ill. “J have been living iii England all the time,” said the baronet. ‘“I renounced niy title 20 years ago.” • He is the fourth of the Barrow line, a descendant of Sir John Barrow, for many years Secretary of the Admiralty, who founded the Royal Geographical Society’.' l -
