The “Times” Madrid correspondent states that the police appear to have frustrated anarchist outrages on a large scale, including the assassination of the Premier, the Minister for the Interior, planned for May 19. They discovered a quarter of a ten of dynamite in Madrid, and high explosives, labelled “first class olives” were seized in Seville. Eighty-five large bombs, full loaded and fused, were discovered between two walls of a honse lat Manresa. Several conspirators were arrested but the ringleader has escaped, possibly by aeroplane. . _ ....,
