AGAINST EX-SOLICITOR

CHRISTCHURCH, May. 22

Charged with •. stealing £BS 6s 9d about February 20, 1931, the property of the W. and L. Anderson Trust Estate, Charles Firth Woodhead, aged 29, of Esplanade, North Brighton, described as a radio announcer, and formerly practising in Christchurch as a solicitor, appeared before Mr H. A. Young, S.Mi, in the Magistrate’s Court. He wa,s remanded to appear on May 31, bail being fixed at £2OO and one surety of £2OO, and he' was ordered to report daily to the police Application wias made for the suppression of his name in the meantime but it was refused.
