John Rupert Lawrence and Thomas Patrick Cuttle, jointly charged with theft iix months hard labour.

Kenneth Joseph Payne ,21, breaking and entering with intent, and breaking and entering and theft, two years proto pay costs, and repay £2. William Alexander Crossan, breaking and entering and theft, and being found by night in possession of housebreaking instruments, and escaping from custody, two years hard labour. Thomas Leslie Alexander, 23, for breach of probation, to two years hard labour, to lie concurrent with present term.

William Simonds, 49, benking entering and theft two years probation, i George Richard Seddon Gray, for theft, two years probation, on condition £2 was repaid and also £1 Is costs. ..

Horace John Anderson theft at New Plymouth. two years hard labour, concurrent, on each of the two charges.
