NOT ALTERED BY ELECTION

(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copy-rig*" 1 -.)

PARIS, May 18,

M. Herriot, in an exclusive interview with the British .United Press, declared that no reduction of Germany’s reparations' payments ’ was passible umyss America and Britain agreed to make equivalent reductions in the war debt payments to be made to them.
