CHARGE AGAINST COMMUNIST.

Richard Francis Griffin, a, wellknown Communist, was arrested today on a charge of selling, or of having in his possession either for sale, or for distribution, copies of “The Red Worker,” described as “a document which expresses seditious! intention and .encourages, lawlessness and violence, contrary to the War Regulations.”
