FATAL INJURIES
MOTOR-CYCLE STRIKES MAN

CHRISTCHURCH, May 15.
Samuel Henry Griffiths, a married man, aged 60, of Waikuku, died in the hospital this morning, as th© result of injuries he received when he was knocked down by a motor cycle at Waikuku on Saturday evening. MOTOR-CYCLE HITS SISTERS
AUCKLAND, May 14
Two sisters, Leila and Lily Fox, aged 18 and 17, were knocked down by a motor-cyclist when crossing & suburban street to-day. Both were taken t© the hospital, where Leila was admitted suffering from concussion. The accident is said to be due to the cyclist being dazzled by the ,sun. The cyclist, Roy Radford, was later taken to the ■hospital with severe head injuries.
