Captain Eden (Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs) in the House of Clomsaid the British Government rocognfHed it as a matter of the greatest regret that the Greek and Bulgarian Governments were unable to meet the service of their loans issued under the League of Nations’ auspices. It was understood that these Governments were initiating negotiations with their bond holders.
