Hoare, in me Commons, regretted to have 1o confirm a report of further terrorist oui'.ig./., in Bengal and elsewhere. There was little of importance to report on the position at Delhi, when, following the unsuccessful attempt to hold the .session of Congress, quickly returned to normal. There were no reactions eft "where. had been made at various places to destroy letters m pool boxes.
