OPENING TO-MORROW NIGHT. The Westland Competitions annual festival opens at the Princess Theatre to-morrow night at 7.30 o’clock. There is a strong entry, a specially good and varied programme has been arranged for the opening. Tickets are now on sale, as also programmes for the full sessions, whioh extends over a week. There should be good .support to this worthy effort to improve the. local .cultivation of music and elocution.
