OTTAWA, April 26. A isuh-a,men d mein t to the- Budgetwas moved in the Canadian House of Commons by Mr Robert Gardiner, United Farmer member for Alberta, calling for the nationalisation of -Can-ada-a financial system for the stabilisation of the dollar at the point <n which the major portion of the debts of the Dominion were incurred during the war, and thereafter for a managed credit and currency to maintain a stable price level in Canada.
