NOTED AIRMAN
CHARGED WITH ASSAULT.

Alollison, the noted airman, who recently made a record flight from England to the Cape, appeared on remand at Maryichone charged with assaulting Henry George Ward, a porter, of Inverness Mews. Queen's Load. Hay-water, W. Ward alleged that when he asked Mollison. who was with two women companions, t . leave the mews, .Mollison struck him in the eye, breaking his glasses, and kicked him on the head. I)r S. W. Holmes, of St. Mary’s Hospital. Paddington, said it was improbable that Ward would lose ticsight of his e.ve. Mollison said he had called on man in Kensington Gardens Square, and left with two women, one of who.' was going to drive him hack to Gres venor House!
