DUNEDIN, April 19,

At the annual meeting of the Dunedin branch of the Returned Soldiers Association resolutions were carried that the Association exhorts unemployed .members to retrain trom taking part in any demonstration contrary to law and order; that the Association asks the Minister o. Pensions to state, without further delay, whether the Government intends to put the Disabled Soldiers’ -Civil Re-establishment Act into full operation; that, in view of the present unemployment position, work should he provided immediately during the “stand down” week.
