Joseph Rogul, received fatal injuries when ho was knocked down by a motor truck driven by John Edward look, stoiekeeper, of Amberloy. Cook was todnv charged at the Magistrate s CoiUfc with negligently driving U motor truck and thereby causing the death of Rogal. He pleaded not guilty. He was committed for trial. It was alleged. on behalf of the Crown, that Cook was racing with another motor truck on Marshland Road, and was driving at a speed which different witnesses estimated at from 30 to 4»5 miles an hour.
