Walter Lindnun, the hilliardist, has announced that lie will enter into negotiations with the Madison Square Garden Corporation immediately lor a series of matches with leading American players. The chief difficulty will he in agreeing to the type of game to Ik* played. Probably theie will lie a compromise, incorporating features of both the British and Amerjean games.
