The “Echo de Paris” says M. Tardieu’s plan for the rehabilitation of Danubian states includes tho establishment of tariff preferences between them, by ten per cent, l eduction in tariffs and also a revision of financial obligations which are now beyond Danubian resources.
The scheme envisages \arious govern, meats participating in the Danubian ten millions loan, taking the responsibility out of the experts’ hands.
