N.Z. DELEGATION
FOR OTTAWA CONFERENCE
'By Telegraph.—Special to Guardian)
WELLINGTON, April 1
Although the personnel of the New (Zealand Delegation to the Imperial Economic Conference at Ottawa 'has not yet been announced, preliminary consideration has been given to the departure plans. To-day’s announcement that the opening ot the Con leieuce had been postponed from July 18 to July 21 .will enable the New Zealand party to establish its headquarters in Ottawa without any undue rush. It is probable that the New Zealand delegation leave by the Aorangi from Auckland on June ■ 28, and will |arrive at Vancouver about July 15; As the railway trip from Vancouver to Ottawa occupies about three days, .the delegates, under the original plans, would arrive at the end of their long journey and be obliged to plunge at : once into the Conference deliberations. Tlie slight postponement will, accordingly, be appreciated by the New Zealand' representatives.
