Mr Samson, the owner and Mr Greseler, the trainer, with Admiral Drake, and Mr Payne, the owner-trainer, with Spoon, have left on return to New Zealand by the Mauganui.

PROSECUTION COLLAPSES
SYDNEY. April 1
The mystery surrounding the racehorse Simba. was intensified at the Redfern Court, when the case against McCoy coJLapsed.Mr Parker, appearing for the owner, Mr Guest, said that the defendant McCoy had told the police, that the gelding was left by a man named Twinnn, and the owner was perfectly satisfied that the defendant was innocent. He did not propose to offer any evidence against him.
The Police Prosecutor said: “The police have been left entirely in the dark. The defendants cannot give us anything definite about this man Twinan, and there are peculiar circumstnoes about the case.” McCoy was discharged.
