WELLINGTON. March 23

Reserved judgment was delivered today by the Chief Justice in the ease in which Lady Hunter applied for an order that Cyril Hunter be passed over as Executor of the will of the late Sir George Hunter, and for an order authorising the Public Trustee to administer the estate. .Her Honour ordered that Cyril Hunter be passed over, and made an order for the administration of the will and codicil to issue to the Public Trustee. His Honour added, that if it was Cyril Hunter’s sole desire to help in the satisfactory administration of estate, lie was prepared to appoint lqin advisory trustee.
