WELLINGTON, March 23

N.Z. Law Society v. W. E. B. Dunningham. The hearing of this matter was adjourned by the Court of Appeal until next sittings, an order being made for the examination of the practitioner in the meantime before the Supreme Court at Auckland.

N.Z. Law Society v. Armstrong. On the application by N.Z. Law Society, an order was made by the, Court of Appeal striking William Henry Armstrong of New Plymouth off the roll of solicitors of New Zealand. The allegation made by the Law Society was that Armstrong had a deficiency in his trust- account of £422 odd. The case was not defended. Costs £ls 15s were allowed the Law Society.
