The Currency Bill provides that denominations of monetary units , will be florins and cents. The new coins will be the ten florin gold piece, and is expected to be called the- Rand. The- double florin will be a- silver piece, also the single florin, and fifty, twenty, and ten cent pieces. There will he three bronze coins of four, two, and one cents. There will be no devaluation and the standard weight of the Rand will be 125.557 grains, and the British sovereign will be equivalent to that of the Band. ><
