CALCUTTA, March 22
If the decision of the British Government on the communal question upon which Hindus and Moslems themselves are unable to agree, is not announced before the end of June this year, Moslems will devise effectivo methods lor the boycott of the Round Table Conference and its Committees. This is a threat held out in a resolution before the All India Moslems Conference at Lahore.
An amending resolution declares no constitution wilt be accepted or workable, unless and until .Moslem demands lire fully conceded, The amendment was greeted with Islamic war cries a Del a general pandemonium.
