ALL-NICKT SITTING OF HOUSE.

WELLINGTON, March 13
The frequent ringing of the divisionhells and the numerous -applications fertile closure, characterised the allnight sitting in the House of Representatives, urgency having been accorded the passage of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill. Mr R. McKee.. (L. Wehngton South) moved an amendment to v the closure relating to the conditions under which the dispute might be referred to tlm Arbitration Court, His amendment sought to enable the majority vote of assessors to be sufficient to justify reference to the Court. This was defeated by 37 votes to Land the clause was passed. Tie House was still in committee on the Bill at 8.30 this morning.
HOUSE SITTING. WELLINGTON, March. 18. The House of Representatives was still engaged in the committee stage of the I.C. and A Amendment Bill at 1 p.m.
