YOUNG MAN CONVICTED

U HAMILTON, March 18. Found asleep in a hath in an unoccupied house at Franktou on Saturday, -James Thomas, aged 30, was arrosteu and brought before Air F. W. Stringer, J.P. in the Hamilton Police Court today, on a charge of being an idle and disorderly person. Sergeant Angland referred to the danger of fire being caused by umuitLoi ised persons entering uuoeeupierr houses.
