It 's expected that the filling of the Arapnni Lake will commence next Wednesday or Thursday. The filling will take from five to nine, days, according to whether there is rain or not. After that four or five days will be required to dry out the machinery, so that power should bo available by the end ot the month, which would be a month ahead of schedule...
