RUGBY, March 15. The University boat race will be rowed on Saturday morning over a course tibout 400 yards shorter . than usual. Owing to structural alterations on a bridge which cause violent currents at the usual starting point, the authorities have agreed that the Tace should begin at opposite the London Boating Cli|b, and that the finish should be at the usual post at Mortlake. i -Xr r
