CITIZENS -MEETING AT I’ll AMES. THAMES, March .1.5. A large meeting of ratepayers of the Thames Borough was held last night, and passed a series of resolutions, deploring the borough’s indebtedness, and the consequent crushing rates the people were called upon Lo pay. The meeting 'also recommended that Commissioners be appointed on behalf of the bondholders and ratepayers to inquire into the present position and future prospects of the borough.
