Clark McConacby has set a new world’s record with 464 nursery cannon, which were included in a break of 1030, thus almost achieving his.ambition of making one thousand by'nursery cannons. A further break of 622 brougnt his score to 18,890. Davis’ score is 16,776. . ' LONDON, March 12. The result was McConacby 20380, Davis 18523. NEWMAN V. LINDRUM. MONTREAL, March 12. The scores, at the end of the play to-night in the billiards match were: Lindrum 10,439; Newman (receives 3500) 9268. Lindrum’s best .break was 1019, and Newman’s 729. ; - TORONTO (Ontario), March 12. Lindrum defeated Newman in a six day match' en'dihg night: Lindrum 12188, Newman (receives 3500) 11890.
