Bostic, the sole surviving deck officer of the Lusitania, has been appointed salvage master of thp Lake Bailey expedition and directs the sweeping operations to find the wreck. The officers are confident that it will be quickly discovered. The Lusitania sank in 48 fathoms, eight and a-half miles south of un.e Old Head of Kinsale.
