It appeared that away out of the principal difficulty acceptable to banks, primary producers, and commercial and industrial community has been discovered. However, on the following day the producers withdrew their support of the agreement, and the banks had, therefore, not given a detailed consideration to the scheme. The Associated Chambers are desirious now of making public the exact nature of the recommendations of the joint committee, but this they are not permitted to do.
