INTERVIEWS WITH MINISTERS (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) Wellington, Feb. 25. This morning Mr H. IT Holland) M.P., interviewed the Hon. Mf Pownie Stewavt, Minister of Finance, regarding the proposed Cohden loan for unemployed works within the Borough. He also had an interview with the new Minister of Mines, the Hon. C. E. Macmillan, with regard to the legal position in connection with prospecting on farming lands. In addition lie discussed with the Minister matter affecting individual constituents.

In the afternoon he waited upon the Minister of Health in connection with the proposed Dental clinic at Tnylorville, and also regarding a number of individual cases. Later in the day Mr Holland interviewed the Minister in Charge of Unemployment, the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates, with regard to the following matters: Gold prospecting in the Roller Electorate under Scheme 5, Returned Soldiers’ pensions and relief work, river erosion in the Charleston district, Wnikori Road, and a number of individual cases.
