WASHINGTON, Feb. 20
The United States Senate Territories' Committee have agreed to the principle of the holding of ail independence plebiscite in the-Phi'lkpine Island fifteen years after a new 'Constitution for the Islands has been adopted. It is estimated that independence would now be possible within nineteen years’ time.
