VANCOUVER, Feb. 18
The wettest season for seventeen years prevails in Southern California. It lias caused tremendous damage throughout the country, and because a. highway bridge has been washed out, the Agna Caliente races have been closed until Sunday.
The rain is so heavy and the track is so bad tint. Phav Lap’s training has boon reduced merely to sufficient exercise lu keep the horse in shape.
