GAOL FOR INTIMIDATION. (By Telegraph —Per Brers Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 16. Mr Page, SAL, to-day refused to grant a rehearing of the case in which Yvilliam O’Reilly was sentenced to three months’ for intimidating relief workers at Hataitai. Application was made on the ground that, there was further evidence available in his favour, ‘ but Mr Page was of the opinion that this could not affect the result.Security for appeal was fixed at £25.
