A special despatch received from Washington states that Mayor Wu, ol Shanghai, bus agreed to all of the Japanese demands re the stopping of anti-Japanese activities, MARCH ON HARBIN. SHANGHAI, January 27. The city of Harbin, oil the TransSiberian Railway, North Manchuria, which has hitherto been outside the Manchurian military operations, is now endangered. Troops under Kii’in-Hsihsy.a are marching upon the city from three directions, and are within thirty kilometres of the city, thus affording control of the Chinese Eastern Railway.
