Mr J, Bryce’s trotting stables at Hornby, together with several wellknown horses, wen* seriously endangered b v fire, which broke out in standing crops last evening, but the flames wen* subdued alter a hard fight by hundreds of workers. Tin* farm buildings were slightly damaged.
