AUSTRALIAN WOOL MARKETS. (Australian Press Association ) MELBOURNE, January 26. At to-day’s wool sales the competition was keen, with strong buying by Japan. Values remained firm at the recent Sydney levels. The offerings were 10,300 bales. Practically all was cleared ADELAIDE, January -20. The average price realised at the wool sales here last week were £lO 0s lid per bales for greasy, compared wjth £9 13s 3jd at the previous sales iii December.
